Okay. Here we go. This chili recipie has sufficient heat and it uses brown sugar, beer AND coffee. Coffee is something rather unique to this recipie but brown sugar and Beer are must-haves in any GOOD chili recipie. Baked ziti is really one of those unbelivably awesome, rich dishes that has the bonus quality of being simple as all getout to throw together.
